Moment Where D.C Police Car Crashed into Raised Barriers

Yesterday on October 3rd, a woman drove around Washington D.C ramming into barriers with a kid in her car. The same video in the news was shown repeatedly of her crashing into the blocked White House perimeter before turning around with police surrounding her car and trying to escape.

There was a brief footage of a totalled police car but the news were only showing the same video of the black car driving through the capitol. This amateur video captures the moment the police car struck the raised barrier in Washington D.C. Contains swearing and is shaky,
